<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:1.0in">Jack Gold, CPA and Warren Bergstein, CPA, AEP©, partners in the New York CPA Firm, Adelman Katz and Mond LLP, will discuss the various tax acts passed over the last several years and their effect on 2021 tax returns
for individuals and small business entities. They will focus on strategies for tax planning under current tax law and in light of pending legislation. Jack and Warren will share and make available an easy to follow PowerPoint presentation to help make sense
of otherwise very complicated rules.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:1.0in"><i>Warren</i> is involved in the firm’s tax and trust and estate practices. His clients are high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. He is also an adjunct professor in taxation at Long
Island University, New Jersey City University and Rutgers Business School. Warren is a member of the Gotham Virtual Group and the Philadelphia group. He lives in Langhorne, PA with his wife Susan. He has two children, Sam and Robin and a grandchild, Reily.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:1.0in"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:1.0in"><i>Jack</i> is also involved with individuals and entrepreneurs but also works with companies in technology, manufacturing and real estate as well as financial organizations. Jack works with clients to manage
critical business processes, such as obtaining financing, and raising capital through public offerings and private placements. He helps new business owners and veteran business owners to implement technology systems that save money and make it easier to track
and analyze information. Jack lives in Bellmore, NY with his wife Randi. They have three children and three grandchildren.<o:p></o:p></p>
