<p class="MsoNormal">Dear Fredimites (is that a new term I just coined or did I see it somewhere else?):</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Last night, in large part due to our own beloved Fred, my oh so deserving fiancé, along with his son and daughter-in-law had the experience to write home about. Rao\u2019s was ahhhhmaazzzing!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Most of you know (because I asked you to keep it under wraps) that when I bid on the Rao\u2019s table during the golf tournament, it was with the express desire to gift it to Stewart (my honey) as a birthday gift. His birthday was December
13, some 3 months after the Bob Formica golf tourney, so this was no small feat to keep it under wraps! But with the help of many of you, that is exactly what happened. I even had to fib a bit to tell him that the bid went for $2,400 and since he told me
not to go over $800, I let him assume that I did NOT win the bid. It was all in good fun, and of course was for a great cause. With the help of mine and other\u2019s donations, Gotham was able to award 7 $3,000 grants to charitable foundations. And no, while
my foundation did not get the lucky draw, I still came out the winner!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So, last night was the big dinner date. We walked in at 9:00 for a 9:30 reservation, and after some shuffling around from one staff person to another, to another, we were ushered to our table, only to be stopped short by a tall handsome
gentleman who jumped up and stopped me in my tracks with: \u201cAre you Crysti?\u201d I was a bit frightened at first, I\u2019m not gonna lie, but he was so easy to look at that I just stood there and meekly answered, \u201cYes\u201d. He then stated, \u201cI am Ronnie, and Fred told
me you were coming tonight. I understand you bid quite a handsome amount to be here tonight.\u201d I answered as eloquently as my stunned self would allow, and then we sat down.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">From that point forward, we were given what can only be described as the royal treatment. Fred had given me the names of all the players for the evening that we would encounter, so I had quite the time telling them all that \u201cFreddie says
HI!\u201d. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The food was superb, the drinks were well received (more than once, or maybe twice) and we sang, laughed, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Looking back, while I did not see any \u201ccelebrities\u201d, I think one gentleman mistook me for
one (he kept steeling glances at our table), obviously only because we were getting such individualized treatment and it was a bit obvious! I think I was one of only 4-5 females in the room as well. It was all almost surreal, but as I stated at the beginning
of this, an experience to write home about. I am sharing a couple of pictures for you all to enjoy.</p>
