by contractors, developers, brokers, etc.; (2) copyright in designs (architectural plans), and (3) trademark rights in buildings and building names. All of these are areas where professionals and owners can get tripped up and end up paying a lot of $$ that
could have been avoided with a little due diligence.<o:p></o:p></p>
