Sustainable Princeton has several projects underway. Molly Jones gave an overview of the challenges they have taken on and while it\u2019s not as simple as waiving a magic wand, the collaborative effort of local groups and citizens of Princeton are making a difference. <o:p class=""></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Josh Zinder, Co-Chair of stood in for <span class="" style="background-color: white;"><font color="#333333" class="">Jared Witt <span class="">Gotham Green Award®</span> winner in the Green Building category for 30 Maclean Street in Princeton, NJ. Jared was out looking for more ways to make architectural beauty and sustainability magically come together. Josh shared the history and many details of the project,</font></span><span class="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: white;"> </span>a LEED certified, mixed income multi-family residential project converted from a historic masonry and timber frame structure. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Although it took over three years to complete, the Princeton Maclean Group was able to meet the interest of the community as well as their environmental, historic preservation and accessibility goals.
