<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">Hi, All. I found out today that someone filed an unemployment claim in my name. A Team\u2019s HR manager received the standard notice of claim and alerted me to it. They contacted NYS and I filed a fraud report
with NYS Unemployment online. I\u2019m under the impression that to file a claim, the fraudsters would have needed to have my social security number and possibly my NYS driver\u2019s license number. I already had my credit freezes in place prior to this and just
ran a credit report which came up clean. Does anyone have a connection in the NYS UI division where I could find out what information was provided? I was thinking of enrolling with Lifelock or Identity Guard (which the AICPA has a discount plan for). Any
thoughts on that or other steps that I should take? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
