We had the privilege and benefit to hear from an amazing woman who clearly has the key to enjoying a successful life.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Esther Geizhals, the mother of Ben Geizhals (Healthcare Attorney and Gotham General Counsel.) was in the film. She shared some of the background behind the bungalow colony she was part of in the Catskills. If you have not seen it, check it out.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>After a bit about the Lodge, Fred Klein asked Esther to tell about life before Four Seasons Lodge. She began by saying that sometimes she wishes she didn\u2019t have vivid memories. At 91, she is the only one left from the Lodge \u2026 how lucky we are to be able to learn from this remarkable human being. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>And so she began\u2026<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>\u201c<b>I have had a wonderful life</b>,\u201d she said.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>September 1, 1939, the Nazis invited Poland. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Forced the leave school in 5<sup>th</sup> grade at age 10 to go to work for the Nazis; taken by cattle car to the concentration camp where her parents and little brother were killed; spared the ovens by a stranger who grabbed her hand; head shaven and left on her own, hunger, cold, death march, and ultimate escape from the Nazis after years living through unspeakable horrors. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>And then \u2026<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>\u201c<b>I have had a wonderful life,</b>\u201d she repeated. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>She continued: How lucky she was, how kind people were to her. \u201c<b>How can people can be unkind? It makes no sense.\u201d</b><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>We learned how she came to America \u2013 a place about which she knew nothing. How she told the consulate she would be thankful to come to America; how he filled out her forms and told her America would be happy to welcome her. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>She talked about her 51 year love affair with her first husband, Ben\u2019s dad, with whom she came to this country as a 17 year old girl. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Asked how she could maintain her trust and love of life after all she went through, \u201cIt\u2019s ME! How can you be mean?\u201d<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>\u201cWant the doormen to be nice to you? Talk with them - <b>be nice.</b>\u201d<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>\u201c<b>I have had a wonderful life,</b>\u201d she said yet again. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>We learned about Sidney, her second love, also widowed, who she had to pursue because of his reticence. \u201cWomen should learn,\u201d she said. \u201cI took control, \u201ctwo lonely people should have some good years together.\u201d <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>What would she do differently? \u201cI could do without the war?\u201d she said with a chuckle.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>It was Sidney who told her she would be a wonderful teacher. And that\u2019s exactly what this remarkable woman is - a teacher on a mission. She goes to schools and shares her story with kids and loves being with them. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>And when she spoke of her own children, grandchildren and great grandchildren \u2026 her joy was palpable. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'> \u201c<b>I have had a
