Who knew Norman\u2019s family contributed so much to the overabundance of cholesterol in New York? </div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;" class="">Just as every culture has some version of something delish wrapped inside dough or pasta - kreplach, ravioli, empanadas, pierogi, samosas, wonton, etc, the 5 of us: me, Norman, Rita Sue, Ray, Paula Oleska (Natural Intelligence Systems) were wrapped up and held together for a moment in time by laughter and friendship and a desire to take a breath before moving on to the weekend.
