Last Friday, I had a paper jam in the machine. The machine itself told me exactly what to do to clear it. I proudly took every step and cleared the paper jam. But I wasn't able to put the paper tray back incorrectly. After finally giving up, I humbly and with some level of embarrassment (after all who can't put the paper tray in? I do it all the time when I put paper in), I emailed Dan. He responded immediately, reassured me that sometimes it happens and assured me that I should absolutely call customer service and schedule a service call.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I scheduled the service call for Monday. When I walked into my office at 9:30 am, I was so relieved to see that the machine had already been repaired. Apparently, the repair person had been to my office at 8:15 (I obviously didn't tell the person scheduling the service call that I'm not an early morning person) and, with the consent of someone who was in the office, fixed the machine. I cannot tell you how much stress was alleviated knowing that the machine had already been repaired.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">If you're looking for great photocopy machines with impressive customer service, call Dan.
