Liana on the West Side of Columbus Avenue between 76<sup>th</sup> and 75<sup>th</sup> Streets. The store has dressed the New York professional woman for almost 40 years while providing amazing service.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Californian FB",serif">Liana was having a lot of difficulty working out something with her landlord that would reflect the damage the
pandemic has done to her business. Well… thanks to Scott’s efforts – she is able to stay for at least a few more months while hopefully business picks up and she can negotiate something longer term with her landlord.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
