<p class="MsoNormal">I have a friend who is a jewelry designer working for a wholesaler. She was just given an agreement from her boss from a client who is an international chain that affectively eliminates all of her rights for her designs and prevents her
from using her work in her own portfolio or for any use at all. It seems very odd to me. She does not really have any money to hire an IP attorney but I do not have enough experience in this regard to advices her and I believe she will be putting her future
