<p class="MsoNormal">I have extensive work experience in the apparel industry. My most recent focus has been in product development, global sourcing and the negotiation of raw material and garment costs. Through numerous global restructurings, I led the company
in designing and implementing the organizational structure, business process and company calendar for various functions. Most recently, I led teams in the US, and remotely, in Europe and Asia. My teams worked cross functionally with internal and external
partners, frequently managing the competing priorities of these stakeholders, to meet both company profitability goals and aggressive company calendar deadlines. <o:p></o:p></p>
