The main takeaway is that "short term pressures are often replaced by long term recovery". I thought this might be helpful for all in Gotham so you can take a step back and know...everything is going to be okay! The coronavirus will almost certainly require
downward adjustments to earnings and growth forecasts, but we believe the conditions that existed before the virus outbreak can exist after it, too.</div>
