<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">Thank you to the 9 circuit riders (and several guests) who joined Bandit for lunch and networking Wednesday at the Friar’s Club. The September 11, 2019 meeting was a special and
somber one for Gotham Bandit, because we lost one of our members this year: Jefferson Crowther. Jefferson’s son Welles died on 9/11 as a hero, carrying a red bandana like the one Jefferson gave him when he was a boy. We watched a brief video honoring Welles
who was fearless in saving at least a dozen lives on that dreadful day. As a tribute to Jefferson and Welles, Fred Klein raffled off twelve red bandanas to the attendees of the meeting, helping raise money for the Gotham’s Foundation’s annual season of giving.
