(Pacific Gas and Electric)</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">It looks like they have determined that lack of proper maintenance was the root cause of the \u201cCamp\u201d fire which destroyed an entire town called Paradise in California.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">This is the exact thing I have always warned about: Falsification of maintenance records, lack of oversight, poor management, incomplete work assignments, vague responsibility mapping, incomplete training, lack of preventive and predictive maintenance, etc etc. </p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">And people died.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">So, does anyone within Gotham have a friend or acquaintance at PG&E or any other Utility in the US?
