<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">As many of you know, Welles Remy Crowther, son of Gotham member Jefferson Crowther, gave his life on 9/11 in service to others. In tribute to Welles, Gotham's Red Bandana award is given annually to a member who
has exhibited an extraordinary level of altruism and selflessness during the past year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">As we did last year, we are asking you to look around Gotham and let us know who you think qualifies for this exceptional award and why you think they qualify. Recipients must be a member in good standing.</span></p>
