Hamptons. The client hired a general contractor to do work on the home. The client and my brother assert that the contractor defrauded her by obtaining hundreds of thousands of dollars by misrepresenting the fact that he paid subcontractors when he did not.
The contractor walked off the job in breach of the parties\u2019 contract and converted significant items of the client\u2019s property. My brother and the client are looking to file an action against the contractor, his related company and the individual owners of
the contractor for fraud, conversion, and breach of contract. </span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
