<div>Looking for the NJ law regarding pay to salary employee. </div>
<div>If a salary employee is out of work for 8 days and returns to work with Dr. letter approving their return, do you pay them for the full 8 days even if they have no personal or sick days remaining? I want to be sure we handle this properly and I seem to be getting a few different answers.</div>
