The sister has created reputation damage and the behavior created economic problems as a result. She wants an attorney to stop her sister but she is not clear in what way.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The client has a healthcare attorney who send a lawyers letter and then received a very abusive VM. But again nothing that can be used legally as of now. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I did suggest that my client consider exactly what she would like the lawyer to accomplish. Her only answer is to stop her sister from continuing to damage her reputation and attempt to create problems.
