<div>My housekeeper, who has been with me almost 30 years, has lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with her sister in Union City, NJ for the past 35 years. Apparently, the landlord never had a certificate of occupancy for the building and is now looking to tear
it down and rebuild. So, he is evicting all of the tenants effective February 28, 2017 (that date was assigned following months of legal work to get the eviction reversed).</div>

<div>She has nowhere to live starting February 28. She and her sister can only afford about $1400 a month in rent (they may be able to go up a little but not much). They need a home. She is lovely and very trustworthy.</div>

<div>If you have a contact with someone who can help them out with affordable low income housing in Union City or West New York or a similar place where they can be close to NYC by bus or train, PLEASE let me know. </div>
