<u>knowledge</u>, <u>relentless advocacy</u> and clear instructions to me on what to do, the bank approved the 2<sup>nd</sup> (favorable) appraisal and the rest was smooth sailing. Couldn’t have happened without him!<o:p></o:p></p>
