[Fredslist] Gotham Westchester had a MONOPOLY on Great Networking this morning

The Westchester Group met in person this morning at City Limits in White
Plains.  Among the highlights for the packed house were a discussion by real
estate legal guru Bob Sommerfield (with some assistance from Houlihan
Lawrence's Suzanne Lagel), complete with visual aids, on how to move from
Baltic Avenue to Boardwalk in this tough real estate environment for home
buyers.

 

Our next meeting is a joint venture with Queens, online on Thursday, October
26th at 8am.  Conflicts are waived.  To rsvp, email the Queens GC, Dan
