[Fredslist] phone sos

Hi Gotham:   This is my second SOS.   What is the simplest way to trouble
shoot my  6.0 plus Panasonic phone.  It now beeps within 15 seconds after I
pick up the receiver.  I replaced the battery, as I mentioned before.  Do I
need a whole new unit?   HELP.
