[Fredslist] Quest

Hello Gotham:

Has anybody gotten through to a help desk with a human at Quest?  If you
have a question about forwarding lab results to another physician or a
similar problem, there seems to be no customer service.  Has anybody found
a place to ask a question or speak with someone?  Thanks
