[Fredslist] Seeking Jersey City area residential real estate lawyer

My son recently purchased a condo in Jersey City, and several issues have
arisen.  In his words: 

 

There was a major, multi-million dollar board fraud scandal including FBI
investigation that was not disclosed to me during the buying process, a fire
that had taken place two months before I moved in and caused damage to one
of the elevators which was then shut down for several weeks, a major flood
coming from the apartment above me on day two, the breakdown of the HVAC
system, and many more significant but smaller issues.  

In short and if you feel appropriate, I'd like to discuss my options as
pertaining to any statues for lemon law, non-disclosure or any other options
for recourse against the seller, agent, inspector, and/or board I might
have.
