Good morning Gotham members: A major RE client with thousands of Affordable Housing units in the five boroughs just called; their corp. office is midtown. They need an experienced RE Bookkeeper for extensive Data Entry of A/P & A/R; Yardi knowledge preferred, for a 6-10+ week assignment. A person is going out on FMLA and they may not return; so this starts as Temp but may go Perm. Please circulate this ASAP to your contacts as my client needs someone to start Monday!
