[Fredslist] Visa Executive

Does anyone know a Visa executive?
A client used our service six months ago. Seemed quite pleased- did not
provide any negative feedback at all and then six months later told Visa
they never received the service and Visa plucked the money right out of my
QB account. Wouldn't it be great if we could all get a service with a VISA
card and turnaround a few months later to refuse to pay???  Let's all try
it and teach Visa a lesson!
Worse yet - if I want to arbitrate- Visa will charge ME almost twice the
fee of the service!!
Needless to say, I will destroy all my VISA cards!!
Would love to connect to a VISA exec. THANK YOU.
