[Fredslist] Huge Shout Out to Jennifer Shapiro-Lee

One of LI Women's newest members and generously shared with us this morning all of the benefits of meditation. She then, skillfully, led us through a five minute meditation. I know I am speaking for all f the members who were lucky enough to be at the meeting this morning when I say it was an incredible experience.  Personally, I have been working to  bring meditation into my own life for a while now and have struggled with it. With the guidance Jennifer gave us this morning I know that my efforts will be successful.
Thank you to Jennifer for a one of a kind meeting. The sort of meeting that you will only find at Gotham.
