[Fredslist] Need expeditor for NYC DOT

Dear Gotham,

 

My client is purchasing a house in the Bronx, and the title report shows a
sidewalk violation that's been cured and inspected - but the violation still
shows up on the Department of Transportation records.

 

The seller's attorney asked me if I know of an expeditor who can get the DOT
to remove the violation more quickly?
