[Fredslist] time tracker advice needed.

Do you use software or an app that tracks time for hourly payors?

I am entering into a contract to coach a firm with a retainer for x hours
per month for a fixed monthly fee; anything beyond is on an hourly rate and
for both I need a time tracker. Any advice or one that you use?
