What a great day riding the circuit with Gotham extraordinaire Corey B and our back seat navigater and all around great guy, Jason Greenberg as we fathomed the depths of downtown Brooklyn to visit a great morning with the Power Breakfast group. Our view from the 27th floor at the Brooklyn Chamber headquarters was absolutely stunning. But the conversation inside was even better as we learned much about credit card processing with a great talk by Nicolas Ullmann of TSYS. If you accept credit cards as a form of payment, you need to meet with Nic. If you don't currently take credit or debit cards, you really need to see him. Much was learned for sure.
We had a wonderfully catered breakfast with bagels, lox, cream cheese, pastries fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and exceptional coffee and fresh squeezed OJ (seriuosly).
If you haven't checked out this group, please give them a try. GC Robert Giamboi and company, run a tight and well organized ship down there in Brooklyn.
After that, the Boro-berries hopped back to Queens to scope out a possible new venue for the GQ group...but if you want to know more, you will need to join us at our Gotham Queens (GQ) breakfast tomorrow at 8:00am at the Skyline dinner. All I can say is we ate well today, enjoyed great company and witnessed a few interesting driving scenarios (all good as Shelly was not there to witness 😁).
Happy Networking,
Dan
