[Fredslist] Dual Italian American citizen seeking advice on emigrating to Canada

Hi Tribe:

My daughter Rebecca is seeking advice on emigrating to Canada (Toronto) in order to work in operations in either catering or the food services business. She is a dual Italian/American citizen with a BS in Food Services Management from Johnson & Wales. She has applied via Express Entry but without a job offer doesn't have enough points at the moment to qualify.  Looking to talk to anyone who has had experience with this, advice or recommendations for attorneys with U.S. to Canada emigration experience for an initial consultation.
