We're seeking an extraordinary admin person to join our growing team at
Co-Communications, a full-service PR/Marketing firm based in White Plains,
NY. Position reports directly to President, VP & Director of Finance.
Responsibilities include reception work, creation and maintenance of
proposals/contracts, calendar maintenance for company President, order
supplies, interface with account teams, and manage special projects. Strong
verbal/written capabilities, Microsoft Office, multi-tasking abilities,
professionalism, and precision a must.  Minimum 3 years experience.
