[Fredslist] needed health benefits expert for Boston Area

Hi Gotham,

 

Question is on the table about insuring someone who is now an amputee due to
negligence that is willing to leave a very high profile position in a very
large company for a new opportunity I'm not allowed to share.  There is
concern that based upon the Justice Dept announcement stating we no longer
have to guarantee insurance, that this person may be declined new health
insurance based upon his disability.  The guy is fine. It was an unfortunate
situation that resulted in an amputation.

 

Can anyone in the Boston area, where the policy would have to be secured for
a 5 person company be able to guide and advise on the insurability of this
one member? The potential for an incredible account based by a large amount
of money is there. Don't let the size fool you.
