Who managed to help me without even trying!!

I was in court this morning seeking information on an expedited basis. The clerk seemed less than inclined to work on an expedited basis. Somehow, I mentioned Alan Schwartz's name.  Her whole demeanor towards me changed.She was apparently, a past employee of Alan's and after hearing he was a friend, she couldn't do enough for me. Happily,  I will be getting my information ASAP.

Thank you Alan for your help. And thank you for not burning any bridges with your former employees.
