As I announce this on yet another gloomy supposedly summer day, I am
optimistic for the 20th of June.

But then again we don't come to the Construction meeting for the weather
but the professionalism and sincerity  of the members and guests, the
intensity of the discussion and the comraderie that permeates the room.
