I have a friend who has a foreign client that has a contract with an American company.  Below is the request.  If this gets answered then there is no limit what Gotham can do.

"I have a company who is looking for 200m2 of production and storage space in the Greater NYC area on an industrial site, for floor assembling of rail car interiors.

They will also need to source components made in the US like Sheet metal parts, aluminum profiles, silicone profiles, machined components, thermal insulators etc, though manufacturing and design will take place overseas.
