[Fredslist] high level contact needed at Verizon (landline cable specialist)

Hello Colleagues:


I and many of my neighbors in my upper west side apartment building have been without landline phone service for 17 days.  Verizon came to the building and determined that outage did not originate there.


No-one at the company will give a name, an extension to call back or a specific date/time when the outage will be repaired.


Can anyone help me out with a high level name and direct phone number?
