[Fredslist] iPad/Earthlink issue--need advice

Hello Gotham IT Gurus:

 

My husband is having a problem with emails on his iPad.  Earthlink is our
internet provider.

 

"I am having an iPad/EarthLink email issue. Apple and EarthLink do not have
answers. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. 

Yesterday all emails in the my EarthLink Account vanished from the iPad
inbox. The Sent, Draft and Trash folders had completely disappeared. 

Other email accounts were not affected.  I am hoping to be able to recover
the missing emails, and drafts."

 

We would be grateful for any assistance with this issue.  Please contact my
