Judith Heft & Associates works with busy high-net-worth individuals and seniors to provide customized bookkeeping and bill-paying services with the highest integrity and attention to detail.
We are expanding and are seeking qualified, high-energy, enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team. This is a full time position.
Must-have qualifications include:

  *   Expert in Quickbooks, QBO and Quicken

  *   Proficient in Microsoft Office ---   Word and Excel

  *   Good verbal organizational skills and attention to detail

  *   Strong people and negotiating skills

  *   Good phone skills

  *   Patience and ease in working with seniors

  *   Experience with on-  and off- line bill paying

  *   Excellent writing skills

  *   Self-starter

  *   A results-oriented, problem solver with strong decision-making skills
