Channel 7 decided to use video from a March 1, 2015 presser <http://keepnycfree.com/media/files/2015-03-01_Still_The_Song_Remains_The_Same.pdf> (news conference - I titled the post in the preceding link “Still The Song Remains The Same” for those familiar with my Gotham blog — “Physical Graffiti” — from two weeks ago) on the Queens side of the Queensborough Bridge as part of a story that NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio yesterday shared  "charging motorists for driving in busy Manhattan is “not part of my vision” to ease congestion in New York City.” (quote from amNewYork <http://www.amny.com/transit/de-blasio-no-support-for-charging-to-drive-in-manhattan-1.13125440>).
