Once again, Gotham Power Breakfast's meeting proved a great success.  It had it all: a member spotlight, circuit riders, guests, representation from the Brooklyn chamber, referrals on the spot!  What more could you ask for at a networking event!?

Constance Southwick stole the spotlight with her incredibly informative presentation about the residential real estate market.  Key points included:


*         Understanding market segmentation (borough, neighborhood within the borough, property type, price range, etc.)

*         A little history about "the market"

*         Predictions

*         Her consultative approach to selling real estate..."not just opening the door and pointing to the kitchen!"

Special thanks to Regina Scire from Investors Bank for providing the space as well as our breakfast spread.  Circuit riders included Neil Pedersen, Al Fecci, and Bruce Swicker.  Guests included Financial Advisor Anthony Basile, moving company owner and war vet Jesse Gartman, and IT specialist Austin Spiegelman.

Come check us out on June 14 and see what the fuss is all about!  We've just added two new members who will be announced shortly and there was plenty of interest from today's guests.  Under group Chair Corey Bearak's guidance we're growing smart and we're growing FAST!
