Gotham -

A cousin of mine has mesotheleoma (sp?).  He is running up against 1 year since the diagnosis and is considering suing in connection with his asbestos exposure.

Can anyone recommend a reputable attorney who can practice in CALIFORNIA with respect to this issue?  He lives in the San Diego area. I know he has someone, but I can't remember that guy's name - if I can I'll follow up with a more specific email asking about the particular attorney.  In the meantime I thought I would see what recommendations Gotham may have for this.
