No, but I DO use the "Who" method of hiring *constantly*, which is actually
the author of Top Grading's son (!!).  This is an essential book if you're
hiring people:

To me, it's a small business version of Top Grading (which is really
catered to BIG organizations).

Keeping the group on the email since it's good advice for anyone who's in a
position to hire.
