Skilled accounting professional to perform high level accounting function in a small, but busy Certified Financial Planner's Office, 30 hours a week

Applicant will need to:

*         In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, monthly financial statement preparation, analysis, and budget

*         Skilled in providing financial guidance to aid management in making sound decisions

*         Results orientated, multi-tasking, with excellent problem solving skills

*         Ability to lead and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

*         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and QuickBooks Pro software

*         Excellent communicator with good management and organizational skills

*         Responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, Payroll, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities

*         Handle the tasks of maintaining the system of accounts and records on all transactions and assets

*         Perform reconciling, balancing, investigating and resolving any account discrepancies

*         Provide information to the external accountant for tax return purposes

*         Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, chart of accounts and annual budget

*         Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements

*         Manage and maintain all of the Human Resource function

*         Manage and maintain all necessary 401k functions
Flexible Schedule, Part Time, CPA Preferred, Bachelor degree in accounting or similar field,
