Good morning Gotham;
I am aware that not many Gothamites are in the entertainment industry, but
out there in the network I am hoping someone will know someone and create
another Gotham Miracle. Liza Hughes is a writer/ producer of long-form and
news programming. She has written and produced documentaries for CNBC,
MSNBC and Travel Channel. For CNBC, the program was "Supermarkets, Inc." hosted
by reporter, Tyler Mathisen. It has been the top-rated and most popular
documentary in CNBC's history, consistently bringing in the most ad-dollars,
as well. For MSNBC, she produced "Caught on Camera: In a Split Second"
featuring the first -ever interview with world-record setting big wave surfer,
Garrett McNamara. And for Travel Channel, she produced "London: Food
Paradise" which profiled, among others, Logan Plant, the son of Led Zeppelin's
Robert Plant and the owner and brew master at a very popular London
restaurant. Most recently, she created and produced original digital content for all
the CNBC prime-time shows, including "Shark Tank", "The Profit' and
"Restaurant Startup", working with all the talent including Daymond John, Kevin
O'Leary, and Marcus Lemonis.
Her full resume is attached. Thanks for your consideration.
