[Fredslist] Early stage pharma funding.

I have a client whose small pharmaceutical company has made good progress on methods for early diagnosis and treatment of demyelinating diseases, specifically Krabbe disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson disease, ALD, ALS and MLD.  He is seeking funding to complete his product development, and may also consider selling his patents.  Is there anyone in Gotham who can help him with this process?
