I have a 2 Bedroom, 2 full bathroom, top floor, water view Condo Unit, fully furnished, with kitchen, cable, washer/dryer, etc. for the week of July 24, 2015 (Friday check in) until July 31, 2015, (Friday check out).  The "rack rate" is $3995 for the Unit for the week.  I would accept $2800.  Alternatively, if you want to just stay for one of the weekdays, the daily rate is $675 per day and, here, I would accept $400.  The Wellington has an outdoor pool (and indoor one, too), tennis courts, a dock, BBQ facilities, etc.  It is near enough to walk to the hub-bub of Newport's Wharf's and yet just beyond the noise of that.  Newport is just a great summer City/Town with the ocean, beach, mansions, food, etc.

Any interest let me know.  Newport is a great Town to visit during the summer, with the beaches, waterfront, Mansions, wharves, bicycling, restaurants, etc.

The Unit is fully equipped with flat screen tv, sleeps up to 6,  free wireless internet, parking space, etc.
