[Fredslist] Havening

Surely this is something you haven’t heard before.

Last Gotham Long Island meeting Bill Solz gave us a demonstration of havening. It was really impressive.

Neal Berman volunteered. He had recently lost his house to a fire. Bill took him through a process that helped Neil feel better about this trauma and release some of the negative thoughts behind it.

It was amazing how fast and effective havening is. A truly remarkable process.
