Seeking applications with 1-4 years of experience.
Experience working with contractors, construction, tile or concrete industry a big plus!

Position offers unlimited upside with business development.

Responsibilities include:
Manage operations
Customer Service
Sales support
Invoicing
Coordinating shipping logistics
Project management

Required experience & skills:
· Associate or bachelor's degree

· Minimum 1 year admin support experience

· Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

· Zoho or Salesforce or database experience

· Excellent organizational skills

· Customer service background

· Familiar with facilities/construction industry

· UPS Worldship (bonus)
