Hi:

Here are some commonly asked questions I get. Though I might share the answers with you.

Q. What is the percentage of people on Fredslist and Promo list that are on digest vs individual?
A. 30% of Gotham members choose to receive Fredslist in digest format. 40% receive digest on Promo 

Q. Why do some messages on the digest format don't appear?
A. That's because the sender used HTML; images or chose different typefaces, sizes and colors and those are scrubbed from the email. 

Q. I sent an email to Fredslist but I'm not sure if it went out

Q. I sent an email to Promo list but I'm not sure if it went out

Q. Why doesn't my Fredslist email go out immediately?
A. Because every email is moderated by our fantastic Director Debbie Lindner. She reviews and approves emails in bunches during the course of the day. 

Q. What do I do when I receive a rejection notice?
A. Chances are you didn't send it from the email you have registered with Gotham. If that's not the case, send me the ENTIRE rejection notice so I can help.
